Three Course Menu
Please note only one dish from each of the following courses can be chosen to create your three course menu for each function booked i.e.
- Home made minestrone soup with shaved parmesan
- Roast West Country Sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding
- Chocolate, orange and cointreau truffle torte
Starters
- Home made Leek and Potato soup
- Duck spring rolls with a plum and sweet chilli dip
- Home made cream of tomato soup
- Claasic prawn cocktail with brown bread and butter
- Home made minestrone soup with shaved parmesan
- Smooth rich chicken liver pate with cognac, caramelised red onion chutney and toasted granary bread
- Scottish smoked salmon, crab and prawn paupiette (3.00 surcharge)
Mains
- Roast West Country sirloin of beef and Yorkshire pudding
- Oven baked free range chicken breast with a mushroom, tarragon cream sauce
- Seared Tuna steak with Mango salsa
- Roast Norfolk Turkey with chestnut stuffing and pigs in blankets
- Individual beef steak and Merlot pie in crusty pastry
- Duck Leg Confit on creamy mash potato with a roasted red pepper dressing
- Baked fillet of salmon topped with king prawns and hollandaise sauce
- Sliced roast breast of Duck with a plum and port sauce
- Braised steak with Guinness and mushrooms
- Wild mushroom risotto (V)
- Baked goat's cheese, leek and potato tart (V)
