Terms & Conditions
The PYRAMID Suite is a new facilty at Home Park, which can be booked for Match Day Hospitality directly through Plymouth Argyle on 01752 302204, or for all non match events and meetings booking through Pyramid Presentations who will manage all aspects of your booking.
We are currently compiling detailed T&C's, however the following should be considered a guide at this stage;

- Bookings for The PYRAMID Suite will be invoiced directly by Pyramid Presentations, and all Match Day Hospitality will be invoiced for by Plymouth Argyle
- Payment terms are strictly full payment in advance of the booking, unless appropriate account terms have been approved by Pyramid, whereupon a 30 day invoice will be provided
- All equipement and fixtures remain the property of Pyramid, and as such will be considered a Hire, and therefore Insurance will be included for the hire of the equipment and facilites.
- Technical support will be provided as standard for some Delegate Packages, or if it has been requested as part of the event package
- Hospitality will be provided by PAFC's inhouse team, and will be managed and booked by Pyramid as part of your booking, so that one point of invoice only will apply.
- All extra items and associated variations to hires incurred during the process of the hire will be charged for in full, and paid for on the day unless account terms have been agreed
- Any external agencies booking The PYRAMID Suite will require permission to use the in house technical facilities, and under no circumstances will external production companies or technicians be allowed to operate within the suite without the express permission of Pyramid Presentations. We reserve the right charge for supervision of the facility in this instance.
- Electricity is included in the hire of the facility and this is considered on a reasonable useage basis. Additional power facilities are available and can be provided on request, and at extra charge.
